“I love my vehicle but I’m giving it a 4 because it was a super long process with purchasing it because of alerts on the vehicle and brakes wasn’t working, although they were commutative but they were also misleading. I was told I was getting a new battery which they did in fact installed but it was still the wrong battery for my foreign vehicle and the brake lights wasn’t working. So I been back and forth to their service team which took forever as well. Unfortunately, they stated they couldn’t fix the problem with the engine start button so they referred me to the audi location. Mike and his manager did their best and listened to me about what I wanted in a car. So I really appreciate them for that.”
