Jason in finance was also great and worked with us to get the best price. The environment was very layed back, and it was an easy and quick process. âIâve been a Nissan driver for 20+ years, specifically, Altima driver. I was recently in an accident and my 2023 Altima SL was a total loss. Since Altimas are being discontinued I figured it was time for an upgrade. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Salesman, Carter, was my first contact. He is very knowledgable about Nissans. The GM, Daniel gave Great customer service. He was empathetic of my circumstances. A wreck, a totaled car, a new car, all in a matter of days is stressful! Daniel is personable, genuine, professional but down to earth! Jason made the finance finale not so terribleâŚ.he even made me laugh a few times! Sales Manager, Philip, and Sales Maven, Mike, made the experience even better.

However, before sharing my negative experience with this place of business, I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Zoie in the business department!!!! If it was not for her actually getting to the bottom of this situation, I would still be left questioning what was going on and why!? So, thank you Zoie!
Now, I feel compelled to share my experience with Nissan of Chattanooga. I purchased a car in September and was repeatedly told that my tag âwould be here any day now.â I recently discovered from the business office that the tag wasnât even filed until January 21stâmonths after I bought the car.
When I came in to address this issue and explore selling the car back, I spoke with Cameron in finance. He was RUDE and made it feel like the delay was my fault, even though the paperwork for the title wasnât submitted until the DAY I arrived to sell the car back. Absolutely ridiculous.
Now I have to wait four more weeks, while Nissan holds the car I sold back to them, and I have nothing to show for itâno car, no money. All because I was told, âany-day now youâll receive the title and then bring it here to us and we can pay you.â
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I will never do business with Nissan of Chattanooga again. I also strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere.â

âMike, my sales associate was polite, thorough and responsive throughout the entire process. The General Manager took the time to introduce himself and thank me for purchasing my New Frontier from their store, as I drove to Chattanooga East from South Carolina.
A smooth and trouble-free car buying experience. A+ to the Nissan of Chattanooga team.
