“I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Stephen Coleman. I appreciated the No pressure sales Technique. Car shopping with Steven was like car shopping with a knowledgeable friend. I appreciated his patience with me when I had doubts about a potential purchase too. I think you'll appreciate the shopping experience at Integrity Chevrolet.”

“We brought our truck to Integrity Chevrolet in Chattanooga for a routine oil change. That was it. Simple. When we picked it up, the tire pressure sensors no longer worked. No warning lights before. No issues before. And the only option that was presented was to pay $95 to get new sensors?! Then, as were are checking out, we were told the truck was leaking oil. This surprised us. The truck has a pristine service record. We maintain it on schedule. We keep documentation. The staff mentioned the leak in a casual way, as if it were normal. They offered no clear explanation for the sensors. We left concerned and confused as this is our only vehicle. We took the truck to another shop for a second opinion. That shop found no oil leak. None. They also reactivated the tire pressure sensors in minutes. Problem solved. So we paid for an oil change and left with new problems and a scare about a leak that did not exist. The irony is hard to miss. A dealership named Integrity should stand for honesty and care. Based on our experience, that standard was not met. If you value clear communication and accurate service, think twice before you bring your vehicle here.”

“This pricing is completely disconnected from the current Corvette market. The window sticker shows $109,270 MSRP, yet Integrity Chevrolet adds an $10,798 addendum, pushing the car to $120,068 — on a standard production Stingray. Let’s be honest: • Nobody is paying MSRP for Stingrays in today’s market. • There is plenty of supply sitting on lots nationwide. • The only Corvette that even begins to justify MSRP is a ZR1 and this isn’t one. Breaking down the addendum: • $499 dealer prep — a fabricated fee. • $299 wheel locks — GM MSRP is $130. • $10,000 “special build” charge — for a car that is neither rare nor special. This isn’t market pricing, and it isn’t value added. It’s an attempt to force a markup in a segment where demand no longer supports it. Other Chevrolet dealers understand this and price accordingly. This store clearly does not. If you’re shopping Corvettes, do your homework and look elsewhere. This kind of addendum tells you exactly how negotiations will go. Buyer beware.”

“My salesman Gage was so awesome. I found my truck on Facebook Market Place and messaged him about it. I am almost sure that when he replied he was off work. Either way he replied fairly quick, I told him what I was looking to spend and he went right to work on this the next morning. The communication was awesome and in the end I walked away with a great deal. I messaged him from Dalton saying I will be there in about 30 mins and when I pulled in the driveway he was right there waiting on me. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years but never this treatment. After the cash eschanged hands and paperwork signed he did not end the customer service there. I told him thatI was going to go over to the vehicle I was trading in to clean it out and he was right there next to me helping until everything had been moved over. This young man went above and beyond and I cannot say enough about the service I received. As much as I am bragging on him the rest of the team was just as sweet. If I ever need another vehicle this will be my first stop.”

“I recently purchased a used vehicle from Integrity Chevrolet and I honestly don’t think I could ask for more in a car buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with Gage, who was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and frankly a joy to work with, and just an awesome dude all around! The entire process was incredibly transparent, straightforward, and exemplary of what a car dealership should be. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I am glad I decided on Integrity Chevrolet for my purchase!”
