Pulled into this place on my way to drivetime, only intended on turning around (my credit is shot after divorce) & Will met me in the parking lot, asked where I was going, & immediately told me I would not be going to Drivetime & he’d get me in a vehicle at a better rate than Drivetime.. Will was correct & ended up getting me in a Toyota Highlander which is the vehicle I had been researching and looking to purchase for a few months now 😊 My down payment & payment were all affordable & my APR was unbeatable.. Thanks for all your hard work, Will. In & out in a few hours, unbeatable hospitality, customer service was superb. We love our Highlander 🥰 Congratulations as well to Will & the guy in the back for having new babies!!

Brought my car into have it painted due to the recall of my specific color. I cannot thank yall enough for the fantastic job that was done on my car! It looks brand new and they even detailed the inside of my car! Thank you so very much for taking such amazing care of my car!!!

Last month my daughter and I purchased her a new car from Capital Toyota and our experience was amazing! From start to finish took only one short afternoon. I told our car salesman, Jeremy Wright, what we were looking for, and he made it happen! We got exactly the car we wanted, at just the right price! They gave us a great trade in value on her Chevy Equinox - they were friendly, honest and fair! Jeremy went over and above, making sure we got our dash cam installed efficiently and even came out to the car to help me download the app to my phone! My daughter loves her new Toyota. It’s stylish and safe, with state of the art safety features. We couldn’t be happier and we will definitely be back! Thanks, Jeremy, and Capital Toyota!

Dale Brandon was my sales associate and because he was a vet that just started only been with the company like two to three weeks he stated I wanted to make sure that he got the most commission off the job so I didn't even haggle on pricing. And I picked up the car all four tires were low in pressure The rear mid seat seat buckle sensor kept going off and I reported all this and asked for if they did the diagnostic maintenance on the vehicle. He told me yes I asked for the report and I still haven't got it I told him about the car not being cleaned and he told me he would get it scheduled to get in and have it detailed. Never heard back from him. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and felt rushed. It appears they don't train their guys very well at this dealership.

I previously bought 2 Camrys from another dealership besides Capital. Let me say now, that I will only buy my future Toyotas from Capital. My salesperson, Jeremy Wright, was amazing. He was very patient with the time that it took for me to decide where I was going to purchase my car and he was very knowledgeable of all the features on the vehicle. He answered all my questions very quickly day or night. I can’t say enough on how he searched to find the exact car I was looking for. He assured me that Capital would do everything in their power to take care of me from the purchase, to warranties and service - all of which are so very important to me. Brandon Painter in financing was so good to explain all the warranty options and help me make the best choice for my needs. Lastly, I want to give Chris Smith in service a shout out. Having a brand new car, I haven’t had to deal with him that much yet but he put me at ease knowing that I would be taken care of service wise at great, competitive prices. Thank you Capital. You’ve made a customer for life. Ruby is beautiful ❤️
