“If zero stars were an option they would get zero, but here with are with one star. This dealership is extremely unprofessional. They do not care about satisfaction of the customer or care about the customer at all. It is legitimately all about the sale. The finance manager and the store manager Josh are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and are not willing to do simple professional tasks to help a customer with future credit protection. They are absolutely unethical. During a conversation that lasted less than 10 minutes Josh was caught in 2 lies. They also don’t even have respect for sister locations to communicate important information to another location when it was necessary. I do not recommend this location if you expect to be treated professionally and with respect. Just make the drive to another location. The Winchester VA location was by far more superior and willing to meet customer service expectations & needs!!”

“I was just browsing the lot, wanting to find a good car at a decent affordable price. A salesman by the name Cameron Harper came out to assist. He was very polite and confident in the autos. He made my shopping experience smooth, informative, and a delight. I praise my experience to all my friends. He is an asset to the honey car company. Ty so much Mr Harper!!!”

“I really hate to come back with this, but I’m extremely disappointed with Honeycar. When I purchased my Kona, I was told that the wheel bearings had been replaced back in June. Recently, after taking my car to a Hyundai dealer in Richmond for a multipoint inspection, I found out that not only were the bearings never replaced, but they are in bad condition — and to make matters worse, the brakes had been installed incorrectly.
This feels like I was misled just to move the car off the lot. Every time I came back about the car jerking, I was given a different excuse instead of a real solution. It got to the point where I stopped going back because nothing was being resolved, nor was I offered the option to get into something more reliable.
On top of that, the car was sold “as is” with a poor-quality extended warranty that does little to help. I’ve been patient and respectful throughout this process, but it seems like my situation was taken advantage of simply because of my credit. It feels like I was put into whatever car would benefit the dealership, regardless of its safety or reliability.
This isn’t just about me — people’s livelihoods and safety are on the line when they purchase a vehicle. Cutting corners and misrepresenting repairs is unacceptable, and it could have caused serious damage. I truly hope Honeycar does better in the future.”
