“I had a really great experience at Mark Ficken Lincoln. From the moment we walked in, Brian stopped what he was doing to greet us and made us feel welcome right away. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with a vehicle we had seen online. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and never made us feel pressured at all. They also had a good amount of vehicles to choose from, whether you’re looking for something new or used. The waiting area was clean and stocked with drinks and snacks, and the bathrooms were clean as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had. Brian even stayed late to help us finish everything with the vehicle, which we really appreciated. We’re so glad we made the trip to Charlotte and we absolutely love our new vehicle. A few days after we bought it, he even called to wish my husband a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also followed up to make sure everything was going well and shipped out a part that was pending since the vehicle had just hit the market. Overall it was just a really good experience.
