“I walked into the dealership feeling a little nervous because of my situation, but within minutes I was introduced to Whitney Suarez — and honestly, it felt like an answered prayer. I had quietly hoped I’d be paired with a woman who could really understand where I was coming from, and when Whitney came out, I was so relieved and grateful.
She completely flipped the usual process in the best way — she first checked what I was approved for and then found the perfect car to match. Within about 30–45 minutes, she had me approved and ready to go, and I was out the door in about an hour total.
Whitney is truly a beacon of light at that dealership. She’s calm, patient, knowledgeable, and deeply professional. She knows her stuff inside and out, and she knows exactly who to contact — both inside the dealership and beyond — to make things happen for her clients. What stood out most to me, though, was her genuine care. She took the time to connect with me as a person, not just a sale. She even followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly (and it did!).
Once the deal was done, David Lindner helped with the tech side and made sure everything in my car was set up perfectly. He explained everything in detail and got me on the road with confidence.
If you’re looking for a car, go see Whitney. She’s kind, patient, and exceptional at what she does. Honestly, she’s the kind of person who should be in a corporate leadership role for Lexus — she’s that good.”

“Jonathan Moody and Sal Rizzo are two of the most talented individuals in the car industry hands down. I had an appointment with my salesman Jonathan, displaying great knowledge of the IS 350 I was interested in made me want to buy the car even more. Very nice and laid back guy that was personable! They had the car up for a great price and Mr. Rizzo pulled off a miracle in getting a 21 year old a great interest rate on his first car loan. I sold cars in Florida for a year and got to see the bad side of the industry, but this was a very fresh experience and I can’t say enough how great both of these gentleman were. Everyone in the surrounding area should be buying their Lexus from Hendrick! Also very fresh they had a low dealer fee and DMV fees were atleast a quarter of what they were in Florida. Let’s just hope the service department is just as good!
Btw I can’t get enough of this thing… the wheels, the sound system… black on red… missing the V8 but damn this V6 sounds great stock”

“From start to finish had a really great experience. Kelley Crytzer was amazing and accommodating after I had to push back my appointments after falling ill. She did well checking in, yet not in a harassing manner as I experienced with other dealerships in my search. Hendrick Lexus Northlake was the right choice for me, content with the results, exceptional service. Now I get to listen to the gorgeous notes of a NA V8 inducing chemical reactions reminiscent of (fill in blank).”
