“Greg was amazing. After his echo park spiel he literally made it so laid back and stress free. No hassle. No overly salesy salesmen tactics. NO BAIT AND SWITCH. No negotiating. I loved the price, car, and their approach and then the car was reduced by $1k bc I guess it had been there a couple weeks, which sold me bc I wanted to put a $2k deposit down. Not only all of that but they also found me a better rate than what I got online. I ended up saving over $40/mo. Because of his attention to the smallest details. It wasn’t his monthly payment but when he saw the interest rate the website offered he said no wait let me see what the finance guy can get and well they dropped the rate by over 2%. My credit isn’t bad but isn’t great so this was super important to me. Greg was amazing. I have bought 5 vehicles and every single time I have dreaded buying vehicles so much.
