“Vehicle inventory/descriptions allow for many options/comparisons to pick from. Easy to find a dealership near me and find out if they have a vehicle in their inventory I want to drive. For me I test drove the model I was interested in, at a store near me. Then was able to ship a vehicle from a store in my region for a reasonable price. Communication via my salesman was great. Paperwork/progression was quick/easy compared to conventional dealerships. I like the option of adding an extended warranty. This is my 3rd purchase from Carmax. I highly recommend them!”

I also like that I can test drive and return a vehicle within the first 10 days of purchasing. The 90 warranty is good too as I can have my mechanic inspect a vehicle for me and CarMax will repair issues. I only had one issue with a car not starting remotely and it was no issue with repairs under the warranty. CarMax is highly recommended!”
