A special thank you to Chase, Elham Hasib, and especially Afshin Javid. Afshin dedicated long hours to ensure everything was handled perfectly and never rushed the process. Chase and Afshin were the main reasons I felt confident and excited about making this decision. They took the time to explain every detail clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty.

“I realize this is an unusually long review, but the level of service we received deserves the extra detail. If you're looking for an honest, pressure-free experience, I feel it's worth the read.
My husband, Chris, and I want to publicly thank the entire team at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly for the excellent car-buying experience we had while purchasing our 2024 Nissan Ariya EV(in the GORGEOUS color-shifting metallic finish, Northern Lights!). The whole process was professional and friendly, and it really EXCEEDED our expectations.
The service started with Tom, the Sales Manager, whose quick communication set a respectful tone from our very first email. When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Chase, another salesperson, whose warm, cheerful welcome made us feel right at home. Sofia also provided great support during our initial inquiry.
Henry, our salesperson, is a TOTAL STANDOUT! He is quite young, but he possesses a level of maturity and professionalism that is hard to find at any age. He actually came into work the day after his wedding just to make sure our delivery went smoothly! Even after the store had officially closed for the evening, Henry remained with us to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and had a great experience. He continues to ensure we feel supported every step of the way.
Craig and Billy in management and finance handled the final steps with a lot of care. We ended up staying well past the store's official closing time, but we were never made to feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, we spent that time sharing stories about our families and connecting on a personal level. It made the entire experience feel much MORE LIKE A PARTNERSHIP THAN A SALE. It should be noted, too, that all through this usually stressful part of buying or leasing a vehicle, THE NUMBERS NEVER DEVIATED from what we agreed upon by email beforehand.
What impresses us most is their continuing integrity after the sale. We purchased a pre-owned Ariya with fewer than 15,000 miles, and when we brought up a concern about the upcoming 15,000-mile service documentation a few days later, Billy jumped on it immediately. Even though we are still in the process of finalizing that specific paperwork, his clear explanation and his commitment to seeing it through have made us feel completely at ease!
Both Chris and I are in our 60s, and we’ve purchased and leased many vehicles over the years. This experience was a refreshing change from some of what we often encountered in the past. It’s rare to find a team that stays this involved to make sure every detail is right even after the deal is done. Between Henry’s exceptional service and the honest management from Billy, Craig, and Tom, WE FEEL EXTREMELY VALUED. This is far and above the best car-buying experience we’ve had!

“After a disappointing lack of follow-up at another dealership, I decided to explore Infiniti — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked into Sheehy Infiniti, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely valued.
AJ from used cars deserves an honorable mention for initially taking the time to discuss leasing options with me before graciously handing me off to Chase in new car sales. Chase was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Billy handled finance for new cars, and together they made an incredible team.
What mattered most to me was kindness, consistency, and follow-through — and all three delivered. AJ and Chase both said they would follow up the next day, and they did. Chase continued to follow up consistently until I was able to connect with Billy.
Billy reached out while I was in the middle of rushing to an event with all my kids. Despite the chaos, he was calm, patient, and incredibly thorough. He respected my time while ensuring no detail was missed — even ensuring the exterior color matched precisely what I wanted before finalizing everything.
Because of their teamwork and dedication, I drove away with the exact car and color combination I wanted and signed for my new baby, “Josephine Baker,” on 11/15 — my birthday! Thank you to the entire Sheehy Infiniti team for such an exceptional experience.”
