“I have been blessed to have purchased several automobiles over the years. The first of the year I purchased a used Jeep from Safford Mazda Chantilly, you would have thought I bought the most expensive vehicle on their lot. Their customer service is second to none, my salesman Mr. Kwan Ngotie, Mr. Peter sales manager and Mr. Carlos Helena and the service team that are also great joke tellers make up a dream team for customers. Whether you are buying new or used you want to purchase from Chantilly Mazda. Lexus could learn something from the customer service team.”

“I brought my 2024 CX-90 in for servicing and was given a CX-5 as a loaner vehicle. While I appreciate having a loaner, it’s disappointing to be downgraded from a flagship model to a compact SUV. What’s been more frustrating is the lack of communication — I’ve reached out multiple times requesting a comparable loaner and haven’t received a proper response. When you purchase a premium vehicle, you expect a premium level of service to match. I hope the dealership takes customer communication and loaner vehicle policies more seriously going forward.
Funny part is they are not even able to tell me what is the status of my service since the adviser on leave. I thought they have centralized system to look for vehicle status between all the adviser's (if one went on vacation is the customer sit idle until he gets back)”

“Excellent service. Jeffery and Shane provided me with great service experience. I took my car to them after about 3 months of sinking repair costs into local mechanics (I don't have a Mazda service department near my home). I put many thousands into repair costs at my local mechanics. Finally, one mechanic recommended I take it back to Mazda. I originally bought the car here, so I brought it back. Shane and Jeffery listened to my repair history. They then performed an extensive service repair with the technician. They provided me with customer service above and beyond what I expected. I received consistent communication, videos, and in-person consultations about the vehicle. They saved me thousands of dollars and corrected several issues that other mechanics had caused or overlooked. Very grateful that they go my car back on the road and its safe to drive again. Thank you!”

“Been eyeing a Mazda SUV. Test drove the cx50 hybrid but ended up purchasing the Mazda cx5 carbon edition with awesome red seats inside. Josh Cruz was super helpful in getting the deal done!”
