“Pros: • you can do your paperwork online and you don’t have to spend hours in the dealership. This is a huge perk when you live over an hour away and have e two toddlers. • Soohkee moved quickly to get all my information handled Cons: I was told in order to have my car detailed and ready to drive off the lot when I got there… I’d need to sign the paperwork and put down the deposit online. I did all of that. I mentioned multiple times that I needed the car detailed before I got there because I was coming from far away with an 18 month old. I said this to both Soohkee and Adon the finances manager and even though I didn’t want to put down the deposit for is as the car, I agree, based on the fact that the car would be cleaned and ready. I even text soohkee my arrival time the night before and on the way to make sure it would be ready. The car was not detailed at all. Even to the point that there was good interest the cup holder stuck on the rim. Playdoh on the seat cushions. Their only way recourse was to offer me to drive all the way back and wait around for them to clean it this time. Super unprofessional. Super disappointing. People don’t trust car sales as if and it’s a simple thing they could have done to really seal the deal, now I have to pay to have someone else food removed from the car I just paid $35,000 for… bummer.”
