The service was friendly and welcoming. There was no pushy selling and the prices are fair. They were thorough in reviewing the features of the new car and took time to help me set them up. Forrester Lincoln is a pleasure doing business with.

Rob, our salesmen was awesome! The dealership in general was awesome. We came from 3 hours away and they fully accommodated us. Also you work with only 1 person from start to finish, no separate finance department. Would highly recommend Forrester Lincoln, and salesman Rob Beers.

I had been searching for a Suburban for months and the Forrester dealer had a 2017 Suburban that I ended up buying. When corresponding with the Forrester group, I asked a lot of questions about the condition. I was sent the pre-sale inspection sheet for the vehicle and told that the PA inspection is one of the most strict and that the car was clean. Two others looked at the car before me and I was told they decided not to buy it. I mistakenly did not ask why they didn’t buy it. After driving just over 8 hours down to do a final drive, I found out the back seat TV’s didn’t work and when I asked about them, I was told that was one reason why one of the two others didn’t buy it. Then I noticed a clunk noise when accelerating from stop and asked about the noise which at first it was denied that they could hear it, then found out later that the noise was why the second person didn’t buy it. I asked the dealer if they could get it into their mechanic to review and repair. I also asked if it could be motor mounts to which I was told that they would be caught during the PA state inspection. I was asked for some commitment to take the vehicle if they were to squeeze it into the shop on the Saturday that I was there. I agreed that if it was fixed then I would take the vehicle. One of the managers came to me a while later and said that it was fixed and congratulated me. I asked to take it for a test before leaving and could still hear the clunk. My ride at this time had left since we had a 8 hour drive back and I expected the issue to be fixed. I asked them what was wrong and told that the u-joint on the driveshaft just needed lubrication… I asked them to take it back in and fix. I was told after one of the owners spoke to the salesman that there was nothing wrong and no more that they could do. I took the vehicle, not feeling great about the situation and not trusting what I was told. I brought the vehicle to a Chevy dealer local to me and found the motor mounts were bad and the transfer case seal was leaking and it would be a little over $2k to fix. I brought the issue up right away to Forrester and told they would cover half the parts (after I had bought them and had a local mechanic do the work). I also ended up finding the radiator has a slight leak and needs replacing, the ball joints need to be replaced, in addition to the other items. I asked for half the labor of the motor mounts and seal replacement and associated parts to be covered but only offered half of the parts cost. Long story but thought it could help anyone looking at a used car here to be more cautious than I was. Pictures of the leaking seal and the old motor mounts next to new. The old motor mount you will see is leaking fluid out since they are hydraulic type.

I had a great experience at Forrester Lincoln. I came in for a PA inspection, and the technician offered to complete my oil change and tire rotation at the same time, which saved me an extra trip. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. The drop-off and pickup process was simple and convenient, including the option to leave my car the night before. You can tell they care about doing things the right way. We’ll definitely be bringing our vehicles back here for service — even though we don’t own a Lincoln.

From the search to the test drive to the decision making to finalizing the price and incentives available to signing of the paperwork and out the door———Everything was top notch service. Todd was our salesman and is in the process of developing his career and client base and we couldn’t have asked for more even from a seasoned salesperson. And we were lucky to have all the support when it came to the business side of things. Such an excellent experience through and through. Literally, once we made our decision and were ready to move forward it was the quickest and smoothest auto buying experience in our vast auto buying history!!!! Would highly recommend!!!
