I took my car in on a Monday for some extensive repairs. My service representative Eduardo was very friendly, patient and professional. He explained the repairs needed in detail. I received a loaner vehicle for the week; Madeleine was very in helpful with the process. I picked up my vehicle without any issues. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience. I’m a business owner and I always let my clients know how long to Expect service To take. I feel as if everybody’s time is valuable, and that is a courteous that I think the dealership could do. Brought my car in for an oil change let them technician know that as I was driving over here the tire light came on. And they still sent me home, not doing anything about checking the tires. I added a picture because it’s the next day and now I have to go somewhere else to have them check the tire.

Crystal at the service department needs a promotion, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, I felt very welcomed. Her Customer Service was exceptional. I was very worried that my car had an engine light on when I came in but Crystal made sure we understood what needs to take place in order to attend to the problem. She thoroughly explained everything and I felt at ease after Crystal’s knowledge. She was very communicative and attentive Thank you Crystal. A truly great experience! I have dealt with about 7-8 other Nissan dealerships in purchase of a vehicle and for the sale of a vehicle. This was absolutely the best Nissan dealership experience, and one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. The people there were more concerned about a positive outcome for me even if it meant me going elsewhere. First, the Internet Sales Director, Cristina, has a true customer-first approach as she remained involved until I was able to find a positive result. She is professional, super friendly, and committed to the task at hand. She was not trying to "sell" me. She was trying to help me sell a vehicle and even involved Brad, the used care sales manager. Brad was willing to help me even if it meant not doing business with their own dealership. They are just good people who want to help. You can tell that the vibe is different, and positive, when you engage them. I met the GM of the dealership, Anthony, and he was also a nice person who was friendly and happy to talk with me. If you are considering any Nissan vehicle, or a used vehicle, go see these people. BTW, the Murano, which has been redesigned, is still a great vehicle and will be in my near future.

The Cerritos Nissan team did a wonderful job fixing my car. Nancy my Service Rep was the best. She kept me updated daily and making sure my rental was working out for my needs. Nancy made me feel seen and heard which is rare. I highly recommend Cerritos Nissan. And a big thank you to the person who washed my car. It looks beautiful!!!
