“I brought my 2015 Impala to the shop for brake lights staying on and cruise control issues. On the first visit, the service tech installed a brake light switch based on my suggestion. The car seemed fixed at that time. Later the same day, I called because the same symptoms returned. The dealership scheduled a second appointment about two weeks later. At that visit, they replaced the connector at the brake light switch and charged $130 for 1 hour of labor. They removed a $6 miscellaneous charge after I asked about it, but the bulk of the labor charge remained. While the staff was polite and the repair ultimately fixed the issue, I was frustrated that I was charged for labor on a problem that was directly related to the first repair. I would advise future customers to clarify billing policies for follow-up work, especially when the issue is the same as a previous repair.”

“Great folks at this dealership! I didn’t buy a car here, but we got a flat tire across the street from them and Luke seriously helped us out! First he gave me a ride a few miles up the road to buy a tire iron (mine was the wrong size). When the nuts still wouldn’t budge he helped us out with a ride to Abingdon where my band from KY had a gig in just a few short hours. We might have missed the gig if Luke didn’t save the day. I know I’d definitely talk to Luke if I was in the market for a vehicle. He treated some strangers from 300 miles away like family. We could all be a little more like Luke! Ps, when Luke and I got to the auto parts store his coworker was already there to grab me a tire iron; this all went down right as they were closing on a Saturday night. Good folks!”
