“I had a great experience working with TJ at Ford and Cassie in finance. TJ was extremely helpful throughout the entire car-buying process: knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made sure all of my questions were answered and worked with me to find the right vehicle and deal that fit my needs.
Cassie made the finance side smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood all my options before signing. The whole process felt transparent and well organized, which I really appreciated.

“I drove 11 hours to make this purchase, and surprise my wife. The Sales Manager Michael Buch was helpful with Surprising my wife with a Show room floor delivery. This Mustang Gt Convertible was 30 years in the making. The financing went really smooth with Cassandra Maier, she worked extremely hard to get paperwork correct for this out of state purchase. Alex Toomey our salesman was Great with the delivery and showing my wife the cars features. I would also like to thank Mike Peacock, Kaeley Lentz and Hannah Joseph for the great video of the occasion and helping with delivery of our Mustang. Thanks to all of you at Kenny Ross Ford South for such a wonderful car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again.”

“Went in for a temperature issue on drivers side. The first diagnosed a coolant leak, drip, ok I fixed it($900+ repair) , didn’t fix problem. Second diagnosis was a damper actuator bad spline, ok fixed, didn’t fix issue. Third diagnosis was the whole heating control box, they wanted almost $4,000, I refused because it seems they keep guessing on what is ac bad. The actuator motor, when I looked at part looks brand new and no breaks on spline, but I had to pay over $400 for a repair that didn’t work. I thought that the dealership was supposed to be premier and know what they were doing. It seems that they’re diagnosing things and not verifying before replacing parts. I do not recommend. Only reason I went to dealer in the first place is because repairs were behind dash. I should have went to my local shop and only paid 400-500 instead of almost $1,400. What a waste of money.”
