“Excellent service in the service department. Received the first oil change/inspection on my new car bought from them last year. Ginger took great care of us and explained everything in detail once completed. I especially love the shuttle service they offer. My husband and I were able to enjoy a nice lunch while my car was being worked on and once we were done they picked us back up and my car was ready. Great amenities and customer service will keep us coming back for more services.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. After an oil change at this dealership, the oil cap was left off, which caused the engine oil to drain out. This is a serious oversight that could have resulted in significant engine damage and safety concerns. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 15 years, which makes this experience even more upsetting. When I returned to address the issue, no one took accountability for the mistake and no apology was offered. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially given the severity of the error. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle and expected basic quality control and attention to detail, particularly for routine maintenance. Unfortunately, this incident has completely broken that trust. Even after being a long-time customer, I will not be returning for service or recommending this dealership to others. I strongly encourage the dealership to improve their quality checks and customer service practices to prevent this from happening to someone else.”
