“UPDATE 12/9/25: While I still don't understand how it happened and it should never have happened, the dealership did everything to make it right. For their 5-star effort, I'm revising my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Original Review: Went in for a regular maintenance of my 2024 Toyota Sienna. They did not perform tire rotation because they were "UNABLE TO LOCATE WHEEL LOCK." They even called me where it was. I'm not a mechanic and don't know about cars, so I had no idea where it was, so I told them I never touched it and it should be where it's supposed to be. A few hours later I picked up my car. At that point I thought I would just Google where the wheel lock is supposed to be just so I can confirm it's missing for whatever reason. Then I found the answer in the matter of seconds. And guess what? The wheel lock key was right there. You would think mechanics at a TOYOTA dealer would know where the wheel lock key is for one of the most popular TOYOTA models, but it's not the case with the mechanics here. It's fine (well not really) if they don't know the answer, but not even trying to Google it like I did shows the lack of competency of the mechanics here. I definitely don't feel comfortable with letting them touch my car.”

When I arrived to my appointment I was warmly greeted by the sales manager and his sales rep, after a quick chat we walked outside to look at the vehicles I was interested in. We did a test drive and talked about different package options. I chose a 26 Camry SE with Nightshade package, for a sporty look :) A few minutes later we were in financing and 30 minutes later I was driving home in my new car! “I reached out to Fletcher Jones Toyota online when I saw the 4Runner I wanted was in the production stage and headed to their dealership. I interacted with both Carlos Suarez and Cesar Valdivia by text message and explained I would be driving from a couple of hours away to buy the vehicle and wanted a quick easy process. Both Carlos and Cesar were extremely responsive to my questions and willing to interact by text message (which I appreciated) as I shared information on my early return lease trade-in and the vehicle I wanted. Cesar was my sales person and did his best to keep the process moving once my vehicle arrived and I drove to the dealership to meet him. It still took four hours at the dealership with a good part of that time spent waiting for the financing meeting (the actual meeting was quick and efficient). This is too long in my opinion but that is no fault of the team I worked with, but rather the leadership team of the dealership . Everyone at the dealership I interacted with was friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The dealership was beautiful and nicely laid out. I love my new 4Runner and I would definitely make the drive to buy another car with Cesar Valdivia at Fletcher Jones Toyota.”
