“We live in Washington state and we were traveling to Carson City when our check engine light came on (bad thermo control valve). Let’s just say our experience with dealers in the past was not all that good so the thought of having to rely on one for emergency repair was dreadful. Especially a dealer from another state. To our surprise we were met by a very kind and competent service advisor (Celso Marquez) who arranged for repairs to be completed the next day. Being from out of town and stranded without a car would have been difficult but Celso also arranged a loaner car for us to use while ours was in the shop. Thankfully the repair was totally covered under warranty so our out of pocket cost was zero. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience under such dire circumstances. We never in our wildest dreams would have imagined a dealer service department being this good. On a different note. The customer traffic flow through and to the service department was a bit awkward. We entered through the main entrance (showroom) and were led to the service department by walking in from behind the service desks. We then had to stand in a narrow space in front of the desks leaning up against the windows to wait for a service representative. Not sure how you can improve the customer flow but it was quite strange. Not the best first impression of such a great service department.”

“I did my first service on my 2025 outback wilderness last Friday. I was literally in and out of the dealership. I got an appointment for 8am and I was on my way by 8:45am. It was my first time experience with the service department and it was great. Scott guided me thru the process and it was fine. Awesome first time experience for me.”

“Typical car sales nonsense. The receptionist was a pleasant person. I enjoyed our conversation. The smarmy salesman told me three blatant lies. Then he tried to hustle me for a bunch of insanely expensive extras. I ended up buying a similar vehicle from a different Subaru dealership including the requisite add-ons for considerably less than Michael Hohl presented—a really bad showing, except for the receptionist.”

“Honestly one of the best car teams around. Kevin was always my go to guy and then life happened but Kevin and the team got me into a beautiful 2025 cross Trek. I love my Subi I was in and out quick they got me the best deal Kevin is the guy to go to when you’re there. It was the best way to start the new year. Thank you Kevin and everyone for your amazing service.”

“The big problem with my experience was that I was talked into having the LoJack device installed at an extra fee. The installation was very sloppy and ziptie pieces left in the car. Also, i wanted the device refunded and the sale team refused multiple times. Only to find out that security services are available through MySubaru for virtually the same services. This is unacceptable. Why did I get upsaled on a device that wasn't even needed anyways? Why did you keep refusing to refund it? This was ridiculous. Ruined the feeling of a new car with the shotty installation of the device.”
