“I had a very disappointing experience with Hawk Ford. I called in advance to discuss numbers on a vehicle I was interested in and was upfront about not wanting to waste time with games. Despite that, I was convinced to come in. When I arrived, I quickly realized the person I had spoken to was just a “front” to get me in the door. I then had to re-explain everything to a salesperson who spent over two hours going back and forth between me and the manager’s office without any real progress.
