“What a shame. Called yesterday to get a matched or better deal than Kia of Escondido for a coworker....I was stunned at this level of incompetence. Not only have I bought a Sorento from them, but I have brought them other business from family members and friends. If this deal would have went through, I would have bought a EV9 as well. The salesperson was too busy to speak with me on the phone, cut me off and said they have a potential customer in the salesroom to speak to so just text them. Honestly if I can't get a basic level of service from a salesperson, the dealership and ultimately the ownership has failed to train their staff to sell cars to actual customers. My friend did buy that Kia yesterday....in Escondido. I will buy a Kia EV9 as well....somewhere else....and I will remember to spread the word to my very large circles that you are better off staying away from this dealership. “Terrible experience since I bought my car. First when I bought they forgot a signature on paperwork, made me come back to sign (mind you I live 45 minutes away) then they call two days later and forgot another signature!!! Had to mail it to me to sign… terrible experience there and then the car… had problems after 4 months, they fixed it. Then had more problems- they keep my car for 16 days!! No loaner and all they did was put in a battery….. they damaged the interior and manager said it wasn’t his guys!!! Crazy because it definitely was there fault”
