“The salesman, Martin Ilievm, was excellent in response and service. Once turned over to Greg in the finance department, however, it became all about collecting more money. A Ultimate Care Agreement was offered at $3000+ and when declined, at $2000+, again declined. I was then told I had to buy the warranty to get a 2.99% finance rate and I could buy it for $1749. I was also told I could cancel it within 60 days, which I have been trying to do for a week! It is a convoluted process of automated emails. Sorry I didn't just pay cash and avoid the finance department.”
