“Terrible customer service Didnt explain the issues in detail other than they didnt want to explore any further because my truck was older and it "could" cost me thousands. This is not a diagnosis - this is a doom sentence, The reason I brought it there was to find out what is wrong exactly and the cost when I asked for a write up - the serviceman reluctantlty said he will "think of something". NO HELP waste of time and money. When I called back I was put on hold then hung up on.”

“Would love to be able to give sales, specifically Clark, a 5 star review as they are what holds this place together! But the service department is what is making me leave a one start review... and after our last visit this will be escalated to a formal complaint. Whether the service performed is a simple oil change or a concern with a brand new vehicle, the treatment will always be the same. Dismissive and that YOU are the problem. We have given this dealership numerous times to make things right on multiple occasions (as this treatment and service is REPETATIVE), and we are done. If you read other reviews that correlate to service you will see the exact same. This review will be updated in the next week, as we are taking our brand new vehicle elsewhere, where they seem to actually care. Not sure if there is a price you can even pay to be treated with respect here.”

“I went to get my Bronco serviced for the first time and when they delivered it to me I didn't realize that they didn't put the engine oil cap on and all the oil came out, something that could have caused something worse and I called them to solve it when they came to pick up the car they said that everything was fine as if nothing had happened when the negligence on the part of the staff when leaving the engine cap open causing all the spillage then they say that my car is ready and when I go to see it they only put in new oil but left all the oil spilled and dirty, really very bad service when they should have cleaned up all the mess caused by them. Also when the “cleaned” they leaves a mess again and tried to charged me 72$ for their mistakes.”

“When I buy a new vehicle from a dealership I want to have a great sales experience and have great service for that new vehicle through owning it. I want to support a dealership that does this by referring more people there and buying more vehicle's in the future from them. The salesman and title folks has been amazing. Some of the best I've experienced. Now onto the not amazing. Like others have said about the service department and service manager, it is not good at all. The service starting out was okay but, while replacing a loose paddle shifter (that's still loose after being replaced) on my new Ranger Raptor, a technician scratched/gouged the steering wheel plastic area right below the Raptor logo. I found this out after the truck was dropped off to me at my work and I drove away. I had a rattle under my seat that's been looked at several times to fix as well and it was told to me that they couldn't verify it and left it at that. I immediately drove back to the dealership before they closed to talk to the service manager. As soon as I sat down to explain to him what has happened I could tell he wasn't having it. I caught him up to speed with everything that's occurred and he left his office and told me he would go check out the truck. He came back with the truck and pulled it into the service lane and told me that I would have to show him where the scratch was because he and another guy couldn't see it. I proceeded to show him where it was. And tell him about the rattle and loose paddle shifter that's still present after replacing. I could tell he was getting sort of frustrated. He said that the area the scratch is wasn't even where they would have taken parts off. I don't see how that matters. He then told me he was going to go talk to guys in parts. I followed him there and waited at the counter for him to return to let me know if they could replace that part without replacing the whole wheel. Apparently him and the other parts/service guys didn't know I was around the corner because they proceeded to go on amongst themselves how they couldn't see anything and I'm worrying about nothing. One of the guys even quipped that my raptor wasn't even the bigger more expensive one and "pfft" it off. So I guess I don't have the right to be picky about a gouge in the bottom of the steering wheel caused by a clumsy technician with his tools cause I didn't buy an expensive enough truck? Only 63000 after tax. Guess I should make my way up to the 120k Raptor R to have such privelage. Anyways the service manager rounded the corner and saw me and I guess he hoped I didn't hear all that. When we were back at my truck he said he would get back with me next week after talking with the GM and that the paddle shifter wobble/play was normal. I was tired of all this so I was ready to leave and never do business in service with this place again. The service manager did try to make small talk before I left about how he liked my truck and asked how I liked it and that he hadn't driven the Ranger Raptor yet and only driven the full size Raptor. I told him I like it pretty well and definitely like the fullsize one but, I can't afford that. I left it at that. After I drove away and got home I proceeded to call Ford's corporate line to let them know about this. The man who helped me couldn't believe it and filled out a case about it. He told me I should defiently go get service at another Ford dealership if I choose that route. No kidding. At the end of the day I will not be a returning customer which is a shame because the sales team is some of the best I've dealt with. If I would have know this was going to be the service I would deal with after buying my truck I would have kept my outstanding 6 speed dodge challenger SRT 392 instead of trading it in. I worked hard to afford a nice truck and take pride in taking care of it. Apparently that's hard to understand for some people. So all in all avoid the service department. Unless you can afford closer to 100k and higher vehicles then apparently the service department will let you be picky.”
