“When we were in the market for our first Santa Fe, we came to your location. You did not have many on your lot and the salespeople did not want to help us find what we were looking for! So, we went to St Louis and bought up there. Fast forward to this year, I heard the cape store was under new management so we decided to give Cape another try. We are SO glad we did!! Everyone we talked to and worked with were Amazing!! Very friendly and especially helpful!! I wasn’t even planning to trade but the 0% interest and friendly service changed my mind. Our salesman Dylan was Amazing! He found me the color and trim I wanted and had it brought to Cape from Paducah. The store manager Matt, GM Jeremy, and the finance man Austin, were all super friendly and helpful as well! We are SO excited to have confidence in our Cape Hyundai dealer once again!! Thank you for making the necessary changes to make the Cape dealership great again!”

“I took my car in for an oil change and when I dropped it off just asked if it’s possible for them to tell me why my sensor on my passenger door unlocks sometimes and not others. He said first said I would have to set a different appt for that and likely I needed a new door handle. Totally fine I just wanted to know if they could tell if a sensor was going bad or something. He had them check it while it was back there. Around 30 minutes later a guy from parts comes out and tells me I am just doing it wrong and need to hold my hand farther in. ( I have been doing it right for over a year and I am not doing it wrong) I explain this and he just walked off. He then comes back and a bit later and exclaims “I know exactly what your problem is. You are hit the unlock button not the sensor in the inside cause the sensor on the inside works just fine.” Again… I did it correctly for over a year with no issues I’m not using the outside I’m using the correct one… again just says well I just figured you didn’t know the difference and walks off. I gave up on getting an answer for the dang door. An hour later after he came out and at this point 1.5 hr of being here they still have not come to tell me my car is done. I had my 11 month old with me who at this point is losing it from being here so long. I go ask how much longer and she checks. She comes back and says the oil change has been done for a while but have they talked to you about your door… I sat there for an extra hr after he talked to me for NOTHING.. I am so beyond pissed with the lack of service here. They couldn’t care less about you or helping you. The lady was very nice but besides that everyone else seemed like I was a major bother. Plus the whole place had week old crumbs everywhere on all the chairs and floors. It was disgusting… this location needs to do better.”
