“I had a fantastic experience buying my 2022 CX-5 Mazda with Jeff and team! I’ll go into detail if you want to read, but the short is this dealership smashes all of the negative stereotypes about dealerships and car salespeople. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and if you’re looking you should start here! I knew what I wanted to see when coming to the lot and Jeff greeted us right away ready to help. He was patient and respectful when I wanted an evening to think. Jeff helped my husband get started on filling out the financing forms online while I was at work the next day. They said that no one would beat their rates and they were right! With the financing through the local credit union, we felt super secure and they really did fight to get us to a comfortable payment and the overall price was hard to beat. We had a bit of a snag with the used vehicle we wanted, it had a mark on the windshield and needed replaced. This process did take longer than we hoped (at no fault of the dealer, we had to wait for the glass), but the team at Kempthorn didn’t leave us high and dry. They gave us a rental to drive while we waited and were patient when I constantly bugged for updates. They took it a step farther and gave us chocolates and car wash vouchers for the delay. All in all, I would recommend them over and over. I hope my car will last a long time, but when it’s time for my husband to get a new one this will be our first stop.”
