“I brought my truck in with issues relating to the Def system. I have an extended warranty on my truck so They dealt with the warranty company and got everything covered and fixed my truck in a timely matter. They even got stuff that I didn’t mention fixed for me like TPS sensors and a sensor in the coolant tank. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“Bright it in for some work under an extended warranty. They did the work and didn't let me know the tabs on the front differential were broken or that there was an oil leak. The cracked tabs were less then 6 inches from where they did the work. I went to do an oil change and saw that there was a leak. I brought it in for an alignment and again that's a joke. Had to bring it back because the steering wheel was not straight was off to the left and drifted to the left and had to bring it back. When I drive it in to the Bay it said it recommended a comprehensive alignment after just having it aligned. They have excuses for everything. They didn't tell me that the sway bar bracket had rusted through which I already knew but wanted to see what they would say. They are not looking for any problems that your vehicle has. After bringing it back they then said the ball joints were out of spec so now I get to put new ones in and pay for another alignment because they didn't bother to check them before doing the alignment. Such horrible service!”
