“Took my car in for some maintenance, had a very positive experience-- Joshua was the service advisor working with me, and was very friendly and professional, showing me the costs of work that would need to be done, and was accommodating when I went back and took off an item that wasn't necessary. He even went above and beyond what he needed to, and helped find a way to discount the cost of all the maintenance, which I deeply appreciate. Additionally, Cambridge Honda set up free Lyft rides back home and back to the dealership once the car was ready, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.”

“I went to this dealership for my CRV’s first oil change, EPS recall and to see if they could fix a vibrating driver’s side mirror. Unfortunately, I regret picking this location for service. Miscommunications started as soon as I made an appointment here. On the phone, I made an appointment for 10am, but got a email confirmation for 8:30am for the recall. When I dropped off my car, they told me the recalled parts weren’t in and they might not be able to do it. I said that’s fine, but at least they can do the oil change and look at my side mirror. I left my car all day with them and didn’t get any updates. I finally called them at 5pm and no one returned my call until 5:27pm saying my oil change was finally done, but they couldn’t do the recall. Also, the tech verified that my side mirror does shake, but didn’t think it was serious enough to repair or report a safety issue. I told them that mirror gives me vertigo when I’m driving and how is that considered safe to use when it is clearly malfunctioning. No solution was provided. Then they said they might be able to do the recall tomorrow if the parts came in, so I decided to let them keep my car overnight. I didn’t get any updates in the morning so I called them at 9:10am to find out what was going on. Romello didn’t return my call until 10:32am to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. I’m attaching phone receipts to show how awful their communication is. Why does the customer have to call the dealership multiple times to find out what is going on with their car? To top it off, when I picked up my car, I see mud on my seats and mats. Guess they don’t see the need to use courtesy disposable paper mats here to keep customers’ cars clean. Also, the EPS repair kit was left in my car with all the parts. Why is that box in my car…Did the tech even do the recall correctly? Needless to say, Cambridge Honda has dropped the ball multiple times in this one transaction and lost my trust. I am disappointed with their lack of communication, attention to details, and customer service.”
