“I’m extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. Communication throughout the process was poor, which I could have looked past, but the condition my car was returned in is unacceptable. When I picked it up on Saturday, the interior was noticeably dirty—it looks like mud was tracked and smudged in multiple places. The driver’s side floor mat in particular appears to have mud all over it, which is surprising since I assumed mats would be covered during service. I’ve included photos because this is not a minor issue. I take good care of my car and expected it to be returned in the same condition it was dropped off, not worse.
