“Just bought an AMAZING used car from Miguel and Lucas. They went above and beyond for me. My original car had been totaled. It was already an exhausting process dealing with insurance. They allowed Travelers insurance to pick up my totaled (but drivable) car from their lot. I already had my financing set up thru Capital One. I’m not a MN resident. I’m here from FL for work. They got my car registered, figured out the state tax laws for the out of state sale, and did the whole sale of the car via email and text. I didn’t even have to come in except when i flew back to town to pick up my new car. That’s exactly how simple a car sale should be! Any time i had a concern or question they responded immediately. “I recently had the most outstanding car service and buying experience at Walser Subaru of Burnsville. It started when I brought my '21 Impreza in for its regular service. My Service Advisor, Brandon Bahr, took exceptional care in addressing an elusive issue my car has been having as long as I'd owned it. He and his team were able to track down the problem, locate the part and quickly get me back on the road within a week. All covered under my car warranty, too! During the week my Impreza was being serviced, I drove a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek as a service loaner. I'd had my eyes on them for a few years, but to drive one for an entire week was all it took for me to want one. The day I left my Impreza in service I met my new favorite sales member, Charlie. Charlie Leang and I kept in touch over several weeks and he eventually found a 2025 Crosstrek Sport that I traded up to from my Impreza. There was never any pressure to buy, and all of my wants, needs and concerns were met throughout the whole process. Lucas Westrich also gave a generous evaluation of my trade making my new loan obligation very palatable. I'd recommend Walser Subaru to anyone, friends and family alike. “If you go to this Subaru location I highly recommend Charlie Leang he, knows the feel and use ability of the old and new Subaru line up, and just off little info about you and what features you would like, he can tell you about models that will fit your lifestyle, even if you go in knowing what you want, he can tell what other Subarus you may be interested in, and doesn't pressure you to buy and super patient.
