“I was in the market after previously owning a Honda, but needed to get something bigger and safer for the roads here. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing my new vehicle through Walser. Sam was my salesman, and was EXCEPTIONAL. He kept me updated, checked in regularly while I waited for my payout from the previous car, and walked me through every step of the way. He came in on his day off to complete the sale once I was ready, and the process was SEAMLESS. If you are in the market to purchase, and want to work with a knowledgeable salesman, Sam is your guy!”

“I was recently looking for a used car with specific must-haves on my list. Mitch Lesser found exactly the car I was looking for! Then he walked me through the entire process taking the time to answer my questions and helped me qualify for the loan. He was professional and there was no pressure. It was a surprisingly comfortable experience. I highly recommend Walser Honda and specifically Mitch Lesser if you are in the market for a car.”

“They care more about turning a profit than the safety of the people they sell the cars to. I bought a used car from them a few months back. When I test drove it, I told the salesman that I wanted to take it to an outside mechanic to give it a once over. They assured me that wasn’t necessary because it had just arrived and their in-house service had just done that. I took them at their word. After we finished paperwork and I was leaving, a notification came on to tell me that one tire was low on air. So in doing finally touches before giving me the car, they had somehow deflated that tire. I shrugged it off since I am capable of pumping it back up. I then noticed that a tail light was cracked with condensation filling the inside (photo below). When I returned a week later to ask if they would be able to fix it, the technician apologized and told me that it should have been caught by their service team since it was technically a safety concern. Regardless of my service contract, they fixed it at no cost. Not even 2 months later, I noticed white smoke coming out of my exhaust. Doing basic research online, I found out it was most likely the heat exchange. I scheduled a service apt to get it looked at. However, I was sent to a new Walser dealership specifically for my kind of car the day before. When I arrived, I was asked to come back the next day, despite in being scheduled in advance. They couldn’t diagnose my vehicle after having it the entire day, despite me mentioning several times that I was thinking it was the heat exchange. When I asked if I should take it back, they informed me that it was not safe to drive, despite having made me do so the day before. I then just waited to hear back on the issue for two week, having to call them several times to check up on it. Eventually they let me know it was indeed the heat exchange and were working with the warranty company to get repairs covered. Eventually, I was informed I would have to pay a $400 deductible, despite having a service contract, due to the part needed. I agreed and was told when I could pick it up. When I finally got home with the car. I noticed something in the back seat. Turns out it was my splash shield (pretty much the underside of my car under the hood) that they did not put back on. I then had to go back the following day for them to put it back on. The problem is not only with the dealership, but with Walser as a whole, as I had to deal with two dealerships and service teams throughout this whole ordeal. So I would recommend not buying a car through them in general or making sure to at least get the service contract, as I would have had to pay a ton more for repairs if I had not had one.”

“Riley Harrison was awesome to work with. She helped me through every step and really worked hard to get me approved. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole process way easier. I just got my 2026 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid and I’m really happy with it. If you go to Walser Honda, definitely ask for Riley — she’s great.”

“Review for Walser Honda – Sales Consultant: Tyler Orlando I recently purchased a 2026 Honda Passport from Walser Honda in Burnsville, and once again, I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Orlando. This is actually the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Tyler—the first being a 2023 Honda Pilot—and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. Tyler is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the features and differences between the Pilot and the Passport, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting with each vehicle. His ability to clearly communicate and answer questions gave me a lot of confidence in my decision-making process. What I appreciate most about Tyler is his professionalism and genuine customer-focused approach. He never pressures the sale, but instead ensures that the buying process is smooth, transparent, and comfortable. He knows the Honda lineup inside and out, and his expertise really shines through when guiding customers through the details. Because of my positive experiences, I specifically returned to work with Tyler for my second purchase—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering a Honda. Walser Honda is fortunate to have such a reliable and knowledgeable professional on their team.”
