“Milton is not the typical pushy salesman. He has a natural personality and doesn’t seem to read from a script like other salesman do. He drove all the way up to North Jersey to pick up our car when we couldn’t find one locally. And also the finance manager, Steve, was not the monster portrayed in many YouTube videos! Given the lean inventory of many Toyotas across the country, I feel I paid a fair price for my Toyota hybrid. My current RAV4 is 25 years old (which I am keeping because she is still running well), so this new addition had to only be another Toyota. Hopefully the longevity of new vehicles is just as reliable.”

“I’ve been using this Toyota service center for my oil changes under my extended prepaid maintenance plan, but every visit has been frustrating. They always try to charge me until I remind them I have a prepaid maintenance contract. They also never update my address, which is inconvenient for communications and appointment reminders.
Most recently, I went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. During the service, my tire pressure warning light was blinking. I explained that it just needed additional air and maybe a reset, due to the cold temperature change but they wanted to charge $100 to diagnose it. This should have been part of the inspection, especially since they check tire pressure during that service so I declined the $100 charge. Turns out the once they put air in the light stopped blinking. I do not know why they would want to charge first before trying a simple solution as pumping the tire like a requested.
On top of that, every time I go they try to recommend add on “cleaning” services under the illusion that it’s due for regular maintenance but the Toyota Manual does not require these services as long as you get your regular oil and inspection maintenance done. If I wasn’t required to go to this exact location under my prepaid contract I wouldn’t go here for routine service and I probably wouldn’t get any prepaid agreement with them since it’s never a simple set it and forget it appointment. Overall, the service feels disorganized and nontransparent, and it’s frustrating that something as basic as resetting a tire pressure light apparently isn’t included with a standard inspection.”

“Liberty Toyota is conveniently located, with a nice selection, and their grounds are well kept. The staff, especially Milton Ortiz, was friendly, informative, patient, and not pushy. I had a very nice experience and a smooth transaction. Most importantly, I love my brand new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum!”

Also, their financial group was not pushy on selling all sort of upgrades and warranties that other dealers force on you. Definitely recommend checking them out!”

“TBH I had beef with Liberty Toyota however, my experience working with Stephen Hook has redeemed my opinion of the dealership. Stephen is knowledgeable of the inventory and answered all my questions . At no time did I feel pressure to make a purchase. He even returned my rental car for me. I would definitely recommend checking him out when you want to make that Toyota purchase.”
