“After a disappointing experience at an Audi dealership in Arizona, I was hesitant to pursue another vehicle. I decided to try again and ended up finding the exact same model at Audi Burlingame—a 2024 Audi RSQ8 in Nardo Gray. I reached out immediately and was assisted by Internet Sales Manager Kevin Wu, who even stayed late in the rain to walk me through features and send photos. Kevin was outstanding from start to finish, and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a vehicle. I also want to recognize Finance Manager Khalil Alwazier, whose friendly and efficient support ensured my contract was completed quickly so the vehicle could be delivered without delay. Thank you, Audi Burlingame, for restoring my faith in car dealerships.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this dealership’s service department.
When I purchased my vehicle in 2024, the used car manager displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the beginning. At the time of purchase, I was sold a vehicle with a cracked windshield and was promised that it would be repaired. That promise was never fulfilled.
Additionally, I purchased the rims and tire protection package through the dealership. Despite this, I have repeatedly experienced difficulties when trying to have my tires replaced. Each time I visit for tire service, I am given a hard time and asked to pay out of pocket, even though I was told the package would cover these issues. I have asked the service department to verify my coverage with their finance department, since the package was purchased directly through them, but they have failed to properly review my account.
On multiple occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Most concerning, they failed to properly inspect my flat tire and told me it was fine, when it clearly was not. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. Neglecting to properly assess a customer’s vehicle could have resulted in an accident.
This has not been a one-time issue — it has been a repeated pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior.
I expected much better service and integrity from this dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to spend their money.”

“Very busy shop! Audi and Porsche Burlingame share one service facility. My SA was Greg Kendall who was great. He knows I will be waiting for the car at a coffee shop so he expedited my service. I only waited for 1.5 hours which was surprising. Try to get an earlier schedule as their loaners are first come first serve.”

I have worked with him for a few years and he is always helpful, very prompt at responding, warm and friendly.
