I was refused help and information at other places and when I came in here, they gladly took care of me in less than 5 minutes. It was a bit of a drive to get here, but well worth passing the other 2 locations for the top notch customer care. They didn't charge me for what the other dealerships were trying to charge me for, which is why when I do have to spend money at a dealership, this is the place I will go. “Not knocking the sales guy or Trainee., just the process. Purchase a used Van. But price online changes due to an additional charge of $1,900.00 for an Extended Warranty which I was told was not really an extended warranty just an additional charge on used vehicles so they can pay their mechanics to check the used Vehicles to make sure everything works. Except my drivers side window doesn't roll down, rear driver side window has a broken latch. One good new tire the other 3 tires have 50% Thread. They Discounted $1,400.00 but they would not remove the Extended Warranty fee , that wasn't really a warranty. Once I was Paying for the Van and doing Paperwork, I was offered a real Extended Warranty for $2,100.00 for 2 yrs. Coverage. I would've bout the Real Extended Warranty if I hadn't been charged a Fake Extended Warranty at the beginning. But I expected for the online price for the Van not to be exact once I got there. No problem. Just making people aware of the " Extended Warranty " that is not a real Extended Warranty. As we were Closing up the Deal another customer started screaming because that added the " Extended warranty charge on his sale. Not good.”
