“AVOID this dealership. Promises made, promises broken. Antonio Crouch, Haddy and Markese strive to close the deal then, walk away with zero followup. “We will look into it”, “I’ll talk to my GM and get back to you” … all stall tactics hoping I will go away and forget. This review is PSA for anyone considering a Nissan. Nissan is a good brand but these folks are a stain on the industry.”

“The service department was unclear about repair credit after diagnostic. It seems like you need to know the exact problem for them to diagnose pay them to confirm and not get the credit for a recommended repair. Passenger air bag sensor was broken which we already knew.
They gave no ballpark for us to consider if the $184 diagnostic fee would be worthwhile to use with respect to what the cost would be worst case scenario.
We wound consider in the final high low estimate then recommended to replace sparkplugs for $500. Service representative and his manager stated the credit could not be applied to change sparkplugs since the diagnostic was specifically for the airbag repair.
Manager stated that if the diagnostic was for check engine whic would flag replacement of sparkplugs we could credit sparkplug replacement. Save your money and goto a service center that will appreciate your business and honor diagnostic credit. Nissan Mall of Georgia lost a customer.”

“Evetything went well. Had oil change. 2nd time here and everyone I have spoken to was very welcoming and answered any questions I had.
I had an appt and was seen at that time and was out in a short time. Will definitely be back.”

You're an asset to Nissan and I hope in some small way this message makes it's way to your managements ear. I also work at a dealership and I know how difficult it can be to give great customer service with customers that are dealing with problems but you did excellent and you deserve credit. Thank you!”
