I worked with Lamar. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. I loved the fact that everyone I worked with has been with the dealer for many years. That’s important to me. Al Perry and John Carter were also impressive. It was the easy going type of purchase experience I wanted. The trade-in and delivery process were also well done. Finally, finance was quick and efficient. A+ experience all around.

My husband and I decided to lease a GMC Sierra 1500. He searched online through Costco and it connected us to Josh at Simpson GMC in Buena Park. We could not be happier with our whole transaction with Josh. He made everything so smooth and clear. Josh is a very down to earth and easy going person. He knows how to talk to just about anyone and was very knowledgeable in everything that wanted to know about. We very much appreciated Josh helping to make an otherwise stressful transaction very easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the right vehicle at a great deal. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market for a car!

Miguel, our sales representative, was amiable and helpful. However, we were profoundly disappointed that Carlos, the other salesperson, compelled us to purchase the Simpson Advantage warranty listing windshield repair, ceramic, and interior protection, vehicle anti-theft etch solution, and catalytic converter etch protection. Initially, Carlos provided an explanation of the warranty benefits in an attempt to persuade us to make a purchase. However, when we declined, he asserted that the five-year warranty was non-negotiable and that the $2,360 price was mandatory. This situation left us feeling disrespected and undervalued, as we had previously made it abundantly clear that we were not interested in these additional services. I don’t agree the dealership makes this purchase mandatory to customers.

By far the FRIENDLIEST dealership I’ve ever worked with. I never felt pushed or pressured, thanks to Jon Smiley for the test drives, and John Carter for sitting with me figuring out the incredible display features. Financing we chatted about documentaries. Ive recommended them already. Thanks so much I love my GMC Acadia AT4!
