“Had a deal worked out on a commercial truck for $112,000. They would NOT take a cashiers check because I’m an out of town buyer. I’m a previous returning customers and they took cashiers checks last time. You can’t get the salesman to answer his phone or call you back. He will only text you. The general manager won’t call you. I understand it wasn’t a profitable deal for them, but you think they would want to move the truck since they’ve had it since 8/15/2023. Apparently, they don’t like working with Commercial clients from out of town. I ended up driving to Iowa and buying a commercial truck from zips who threw in a $2500 wireless remote control system. A much better deal. And they took my cashiers check. I would highly recommend Zip's Truck Equipment in New Hampton, IA over liberty Brunswick. Our towing companies will not buy from liberty Ford ever again and I would never recommend anybody I know to waste their time”

“The people at Liberty Ford in Brunswick are very nice. We dealt with Justin Post. Not one time did I feel like he was pushing us. I actually wanted to go see another car at another dealership. He did not talk me out of it. The other vehicle was 20,000 less miles and About $1,000 more. I wanted liwer miles. That's the kind of salesperson I like. But after talking to with my husband we decided to stay with Liberty Ford because of the lifetime warranty on the powertrain. Of, course you need to go to a Liberty dealership.
