“My husband took his Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Friday, August 8th for an oil change, tire rotation and to see why the transmission light was on. When he got there to pick it up Monday morning nothing had been done. They said it was a miscommunication and to bring it back that afternoon for the oil change. He did and stayed and waited on the oil change. After the car was completed he pulled out of the dealership, and his tire flew off, and the car hit the ground causing a ton of damage to the car.
At first the people in the service department were dismissive but he insisted on talking to someone and filed a police report of the damage. He went in the next day to talk to the service manager who said they would make it right and fix all of the damage to the car. The mechanic admitted to not torquing the lug nuts on the tire.
After more than three weeks and multiple trips back and forth to the dealership, he got his car back. However, there are still dents in the bumper and the transmission light is still on.. not only did we not get offered a refund for the oil change that could have turned deadly, we got a damaged car back that still hasn’t been diagnosed for the initial issue we brought it in for. When we called today to see if they would look at the transmission light, they said it would be next week before it could be looked at.
I would not trust your car with this dealership or its service department. We’ve lost all faith and plan to take this issue further since it was not resolved or taken seriously.
Three Month Update - after leaving voicemails with the dealership and asking to speak to management, we have still never heard back from them. Bare minimum would have been acknowledgement and maybe an apology…. Spoiler, we also never got a refund on the oil change.”

“First this rating is not a reflection of the sales department.
Dealing with the service department is a nightmare. I bought a brand new 2025 2500 Cummins (under 3000 miles at time of post). I started getting a def error where the DEF tank would drop to E from full. The dealership wanted me to call RAM customer service. I did, RAM said the dealership needs to look at it right away and a rental or loaner would be provided. I call the dealership back. They didn’t want to look at the truck since it maybe a computer error and should clear out. If it happened again I was supposed to call them back. I’ve been trying to reach a service representative for a week. I’ve been hung up on by their AI program several times, there was a message left for a representative to reach out to me on 14nov from the call center bill estes has. No call was returned, I called twice on 15nov to be hung up on again by the AI answering service. Then on 17NOV I called twice and finally get someone at the call center again just to be told bill estes won’t provide a rental or loaner for my vehicle to be worked on under warranty and is a known issue for the 2025 Cummins. So this dealership is doing the exact opposite of what RAM told me they would do and on top of that they do not return calls and have a TERRIBLE AI call bot. Avoid bringing your vehicle here to get warranty work or service completed (not like anyone will answer anyways). This is worse than deal with Andy Mohr or Ray Skillman.
Time for an update.
On December 4th 2025 the sales manager reached out to me after I contacted the manager who replied to my comment. I sent a photo of the scratches the detailer’s did while I signed for the truck and the seat damage that’s been in the truck since I can remember. I informed the sales manager of what was going on with my DEF tank. I was called back an hour later by my sales guy. Who informed me the DEF tank would be replaced without further issues. I have videos of the def and my other issue that I found during the first big snow which is my wiper blades not working when I pushed the washer button. I took my truck to the dealer under the promise of a loaner and the DEF tank being replaced and the seat being looked at for replacement.
On December 15th I was called and informed the new DEF tank arrived.
On December 16th at 0800 I dropped my truck off with 3/4 tank DEF. I informed them of the seat and the wiper issue. Service was aware they were to replace the DEF tank. They were not made aware of the seat issue and I made them aware of the wiper washer issue. They were also unaware of a loaner being provided.
Communication doesn’t happen at this dealership if you can’t tell by my review.
On December 18th after my truck set in awaiting final inspection (I wouldn’t call it that because they don’t inspect anything). I contacted the dealership at 3pm to find out my truck was done. I saw them drive the truck on the 17th so I had assumed they did what they were supposed to do and said they would do.
Needless to say they DID NOTHING and the service technician was kind enough to leave instructions on how to use the windshield washer (🤦‍♂️ nothing better than a smart ass when dealerships can’t even QA/QC correctly). I picked up my truck to it having 1/2 tank of DEF and the instructions. I was told the seat was caused by damage but not told from what or how so it’s not covered. They also didn’t do the DEF tank because they didn’t see anything.
Now what’s funny is I picked the truck up on 1/2 tank of DEF but dropped it off on 3/4. So clearly the tank did the error while they drove they just can’t QA/QC correctly. So I sent them a video from December 9th and 10th. Plus I made a video for the wise ass technician of the windshield washer not working as designed. It took 3 presses to get the fluid to spray.
I was contacted two days later in email by the service manager asking if anything else could be done to help me out.
No further contact has been made from dealership since my response email.”

“Extremely disappointed in the service department. Between the two Bill Estes dealers here in Brownsburg, there is a night and day difference. Bill Estes Ford, great service department and while not perfect, they get the job done and take care of the issues. Bill Estes CDJR service has been nothing but trouble to deal with and today’s service experience highlights the issue.
Scheduled to drop van off for service. Service advisor informs us at drop off that they will not be able to look at it today and that it will take 48 to 72 hours before they even start. We asked if we could just bring it back in 72 hours and were informed that would just start the clock over instead of requiring us to get a rental car. We inquired about a loaner since they couldn’t narrow the window. Service manager informed us that they were 25 people deep on their loaner list and there was not an ETA as to when our number would come up. Service manager wanted to make me understand the struggles instead of offering logical solutions to the problem.
Overall purchase six years ago was acceptable but having struggled through service issues since the beginning, I would recommend avoiding this location or at minimum, avoid anything related to the service department.”
