“I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership! I felt as though everyone was there to support me in making a decision but not forcing anything on me. Kyle was super professional and went above and beyond with answering any and all questions I had. The professionalism was unlike anything I’ve experienced at a dealership, and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“Brought in a "new-to-me" 12 year old Allroads for a comprehensive service and they were thprough and honest in their assessment, working with me along the way to manage ,cost, timing and next steps. They treated me like I bought the car from them. Exceptional experience and service from Chelsey and her service colleagues.”

“Audi Flatirons – Loaner Vehicle Experience I brought my Audi in for service on 12/29 at Audi Flatirons and requested a loaner vehicle. I was instructed to inspect the loaner for damage before leaving, which I did. Everything appeared fine during a normal walk-around inspection. Less than a mile after leaving the dealership, the tire pressure sensor light came on. I inspected the tire visually and it looked fine. I called Christian Musick, the service writer, and informed him of the issue. He told me to bring the car back so they could check it. I explained that I was already at work and couldn’t return at that time. After work, I rechecked the tire—still no visible issue. I reset the sensor, drove home, parked in my garage overnight, then drove back to work the next morning and returned the loaner when my car was ready. The sensor never came back on, tire looked fine. When I returned the vehicle, the attendant asked how it handled. I mentioned the earlier sensor light but stated the tire looked fine, and he agreed. This morning, I received a call from Christian telling me I owed for a new tire because a nail was found in it—even though the tire was repairable. I strongly disagreed. It is very likely the nail was already present when I left the dealership, and as a customer I had no reasonable way to inspect the tires for embedded nails without a lift. I requested to speak with a manager but did not receive a call until after I responded to a text survey. I then spoke with Josh Lynch, the Service Department Manager. After a detailed discussion, he agreed not to charge me. However, he also asked that I still give Christian a good survey response because he was “following company policy.” While I appreciate not being charged, I find the policy itself unreasonable. Holding customers financially responsible for issues they cannot reasonably inspect puts them in an unfair position. Being told to “check the car” does not equate to being able to detect nails or slow leaks. I’m glad the charge was waived, but that does not eliminate my dissatisfaction with how this was handled. Customers should be aware of this risk when accepting a loaner vehicle.”

“Jim Page was super thoughtful and helpful in helping us test drive and purchase our new car. This was the best car buying experience of my life!! (I'm in my sixties, so I've purchased many cars!) Jim was very knowledgable about not only the models we were interested in driving, but all the options we have questions about, and provided valuable information to us regarding our lease vs. owning options. He worked diligently to find options that worked for us. The purchasing and financing of this car were made very easy on us by the Audi Flatirons staff (ask for Mitchell!) and Jim's deliver and post-purchase information sessions about my new car were invaluable. I'm hooked, and I can't recommend Jim Page and Audi Flatirons enough!!”

“My business with Audi Flatirons was about trading in my 2020 Aston Martin Vantage AMR for their 2023 Porsche Carrera T. I have worked with other dealerships prior to Audi Flatirons but this dealership distinguished themselves as a professional business, not just by name, but through practice. My main contact was a gentleman named Kyle. Having a rare car to work around (my Aston) and thus having a more difficult time compiling comps or buy-bids, Kyle ensured that everything was communicated to me quickly so that the prospective deal may progress smoother. Throughout the process Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and kind. 10/10, would recommend working with Audi Flatirons and Kyle again. Another standout member for me was Mitch. When negotiating my deal I was adamant on keeping my current finance company to which Mitch was respectful of. However, the terms of my current finance company returned less favorable. In the meantime, Mitch worked on getting me a better deal through another bank to which I accepted. Mitch went above and beyond; something i really appreciate as it made the whole experience more enjoyable. Picture of my Aston (trade-in) and my (now-mine) Carrera T:”
