“I recently went in for a scheduled service appointment and requested a rental car, as I have received during previous visits. However, this time I was informed that a rental vehicle would not be available and that I would need to wait at the dealership until the service was completed. Given that I had important meetings scheduled, waiting was not an option. As a result, I had to leave without completing the service. This was especially frustrating considering I drive 30 minutes each way and have consistently relied on the availability of a rental car in the past. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the inconvenience caused, I do not plan to return in the future.”
