“I took my car there with warranty coverage to get a few things fixed. Was told it by Arellano Ariel it would take 2 days. I explained to them I lost my apartment and needed my car at the time. They held my car for over 30 days and returned it with nothing done even though the warranty approved and paid for repairs(they said they wanted more money). They returned my car to me with spoiled food and maggots inside it. I took the same car to them for the first time 12 months ago for brand new front suspension. When they finished, i heard noise and it felt loose. I went back and told Ariel, WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE CAR, he explained to me it was "fine, perfectly safe, They had fixed my suspension and everything was brand new". The next day, my front wheel came off my car RIGHT before I turned onto the highway!!! They've "fixed my suspension" 3 times in 12 months "free of charge" because they messed up, but it's not free because i PAID the FIRST time. they've shown me they never wanted to do it EACH time I had to come back and RIGHT NOW my suspension still not right. Just like THEY not right. Be careful going here, you've been warned”

“Tried to get my roof antenna fixed and they referred me to a body shop that they said that they use for the body work since the antenna was pulled away from the roof attachment. But it appears Frank & Sons is only use to dealing with insurance companies so they gave me a written estimate of 368.00 after looking the car over and told me to come back in 3 days so they can start the work. Once I brought the truck in for them to start the work. With the same visual look over they raised the price over 2,000 dollars. Says it will take 17.5 hours and that my car will be ready in 2 days. A regular work day is only 8 hours so to be ready in 2 days just isn’t adding up. Now because larosa sent me to the body shop I can not receive the my GMC rewards points for the 3k that am about to pay, because after tax and a credit card surcharge . This could have been avoided if the service advisor Marisol and been straight forward and honest with me when I asked was this gonna be some crazy price and she said no after saying if you going to go through your insurance company you need to go ahead and start your claim. Then when I called back and left a message for her to call me back about my rewards points and she never made a effort. Why would they send me to a place that does business with insurance company claims without giving me all the information needed to make a decision. Ask questions and demand answers instead of assuming they care about you.”
