“Buyer Beware! We were sold a lemon!! We've had the car less than a week and its already in the shop with a massive coolant leak. They either have an incompetent service department, or more likely, they knowingly and deliberately sold the car that way. Someone had to be under the hood of the car recently, because while inspecting the coolant leak, I discovered a ton of oil dry under the engine cover. Although the oil dry appeared to be an attempt to clean up an oil spill in the engine bay, I'm not convinced it wasn't also used to mask the coolant leak. I understand its used and sold as-is, but when you pay $20,000 for a used car you expect it to make it longer than a week. At the very least, you expect them to disclose a serious issue with the car. I'm not saying this happens all the time at Zoom Motors, especially considering the good reviews they have. I'm just saying it happened to us and that you need to make sure you thoroughly inspect what you are buying from them. In particular, make sure you pull the engine cover off!”
