“I bought the vehicle sight unseen being that I was in another state. I asked and received videos and the body and engine appeared to be fine. The interior also appeared to be fine and I was told everything was perfectly fine with the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle I noticed the headliner was damaged and had thumb tacks holding it in place. Needless to say I had to replace the headliner which entailed removing the rear window. The process of the purchase was fine but they were not forthcoming with a repair that had to be done to the headliner. Honesty and integrity goes along way with me. A day later I was messaged to call and speak to the manager. In short his response was next time look the vehicle over more cautiously before purchasing. I would have felt better with a No Response.”
