Carlos did a good job of being attentive and helping us get what we wanted. Mr Ebarb was fast and efficient. I do wish they’d talked thru the paperwork a little bit more but it’s very standard and it wasn’t my first vehicle purchase.

Karl made the purchase of a vehicle extremely easy for me. He listened to what I was looking for (AWD, smaller etc ) and found the perfect car in my price range. He had all the documents ready and worked around my work schedule so I could get everything done. I feel like he is a knowledgeable and trustworthy salesman and has customers best interests in mind. I will refer family and friend to contact him when they’re shopping.

I love Bristol Honda! Ashton Hash was awesome to work with. Super easy process, no pressure, and he genuinely cared about getting my family of four into a safe, reliable vehicle. He even later called me to check in on how we were liking it. He also took note of my request to make changes to a unwanted warranty on my RISC without too much pushback. I love my 2020 Honda CR-V Touring and would definitely recommend Ashton to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy experience!

I have been going to Bristol Honda for all me mechanical needs and every time I have went I have been greeted by Heather a sales associate. I would ask her questions about the new Honda Ridgeline. She was always so polite and took her time to explain everything she was asked. I told her I wanted a new one and she stated when you get ready I'll be here to help. Well when I went in this past time there she was and her I was asking her about the Ridgeline again. She showed me around and had the perfect one for me. She gave me her honest opinion and needless to say I needed up with a 2020 Ridgeline. I know she is a sales representative but she went above and beyond to make sure it would be mine. She didn't try to sell me something she just answered my questions and helped with everything she could. I am very pleased with the help and guidance she provided me with. She even called later to see if I had any questions or needed any help. I'm happy I got to have her as my sells rep. And when I do business there again I'm sure she will be meeting me at the door as always. Everyone was nice and I didn't feel pressured by anyone. Thanks so much Honda team.

Every car I have ever owned came from Bristol Honda. I got my first car from Bristol Honda when I was 15 or 16 and I remember that being a seamless buying experience. That salesman was pretty amazing. Most recently, in November 2024 I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic (only my second car, but my first brand new car) and that buying experience was also fairly seamless. Once again I was luckily to be paired with a great sales consultant. I couldn’t recommend Cody enough if you’re in the market. Bristol Honda as a whole has incredibly friendly staff and I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any of their salespeople. My first car was actually not a Honda make, although it was purchased at Bristol Honda so I didn’t really do service there. Now that I’m in a Honda I’ve gotten to know the service department a little bit. Luckily, thus far, only for routine maintenance and the experience there has been just as pleasant. The service department staff are very friendly. They seem to go above and beyond to keep the entire experience as seamless as possible.
