I said I would never buy another Ford after multiple bad experiences with a different Ford dealership in Colorado.... After being apart of several pickup deals my husband has done with Brighton Ford I decided to jump back into the Ford family and I am thrilled I did! Maynard and Josh took great care of me on my trade... took awesome care of me with my new Bronco purchase. I love my Bronco and I am thrilled with the care I have gotten with Brighton Ford. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work. I have brought our pickups down to Brighton Ford for service and they have always taken care of us in the service department too!

Purchased a 2025 F150 that had a supercharger installed at this dealership. I noticed a small coolant leak and took it into another dealer for inspection/repair in Arizona. They denied coverage claiming that the Brighton Ford caused the damage to the radiator nipple while installing the supercharger by “leaning” on it. Both dealerships denied fault and Ford denied covering under factory warranty. I’m stuck with a $1700 bill for a new radiator on a new truck that’s supposed to be warranted. Service advisor David didn’t even have the decency to be nice on the phone while sticking it to me. If you think having parts installed at the dealer will keep your warranty, think again. They claim that they never touched the coolant system, but clearly on the invoice it says they added a gallon of coolant. They will still find a way to weasel out of taking care of the customer. First time ford owner and last 😡

10/10 experience with Brighton Ford. Buying experience was fast, efficient, and no-pressure or BS. Really enjoyed working with the team. Recommend working with Joe Arellano (Phone/Internet sales), Ashot Mouradian (Sales), Jay Lantgen (Sales Manager), and Kenneth Ward (Finance) if you get the chance. All four of them are true professionals and solid business men who won’t waste your time.

Maynard was a great salesman. Comparing two models side by side was also unique and helpfull. Employees were patient and courteous, also having the final price including the warranties that I want before signing paperwork was great and did not happen at other dealerships.

I recently bought parts for my truck from this location. At first, I had an issue with my return, but when I spoke with Sean, the manager of the parts department, he was very helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and resolved my issue right away. Sean was kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me — great customer service all around. Thank you, Sean, for making sure everything was handled smoothly
