Brewster Subaru is the finest automobile dealer I have ever dealt with. They don't just want to make their customers satisfied they have a built-in ethic that is; they are not happy unless their customer is. I live almost an hour away. There are 4 Subaru dealerships much closer to me. I would not think of visiting these dealers even though their locations are so convenient. From sales to service Brewster Subaru is best. I first dealt with this dealer when they were located in Kingston, NY I purchased a Forester from them. With a trade of my 2 year old Forester my cost was an Amazingly low $3500. They sold this dealership to an other car dealer. When I went for repair of my relatively new car the new car dealer (after this store sold by owners of BREWSTER Subaru to the new owner) quoted me $1650 for a new wiring harness about which they said was eaten by mice. An independent mechanic whom I deal with tightened a loose electrical lug and my lights were back working. I found Brewster Subaru while shopping for a Solterra a few months later and Brewster made its acquisition easy. I then discovered that they were the same company as the Kington dealership (before they sold to the one who told me that mice were eating my car.

Awesome Beautiful Clean & Very Friendly People ! Probably one of the Most Amazing Dealerships I've ever been to, and They offered coffee or water , they are very Patient and not pushy at all ! Im telling anyone I work with, family , friends , You want too buy a car ? Go to Brewster Subaru its worth the ride out of state , right over the CT border , if they dont have it they will find it for you and or Help you ! I bought a Used 2020 RAM Power Wagon low miles and Great price ! Love it ! Thanks Brewster Subaru ! Thanks to The Used Car Manager to the Saleman Andre Im probably saying his name wrong but Really Nice guy ! Down to earth Everyone was very nice ! Im 60 years old its was a very nice Experience ! Trust me I've had some not so nice ones !

We leased a 2025 Forester from Brewster Subaru. My wife and I got there later in the day. Carmelina helped us and patiently brought up 3 different vehicles to look at. She was helpful but not pushy and stayed late getting everything set for the next day. The following day she had everything ready. She also took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features of the Forester. Charles helped us with the lease paperwork, he was very competent, personable, and we were done in no time. We had our puppy with us and she got loved by all the staff. Everyone treated us like family, and it was just a fun experience. We would highly recommend Brewster Subaru. Great staff and great selection!

Firstly, the showroom was clean and inviting for you browse and sit in the vehicles. We met with Andre who was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions. We took a test drive in two different cars the Forester Hybrid and Outback. Additionally, I met with Rich to finalize the purchase of my Outback. Rich was very detailed in explaining the warranties I have with the car. Both Andre and Rich were professional and well versed not only in Subaru cars but cars in general! I would definitely recommend Brewster Subaru to family and friends! Thank you Michele M and Michael B. for recommending Brewster Subaru! I love my new Subaru!

Huge shoutout to Brewster Subaru. The car buying process was a pleasure. As a female customer, it’s challenging to find somewhere that’s truthful where I also don’t have to call my dad or guy friends to fact check whatever someone is trying to sell. Based on that, I’ve always felt like I could never walk in the car business alone, until the Brewster location changed my perception (in the best way). The full transparency and seamless experience were incredibly impressive. I didn’t feel like I was sold things under the rug, I felt like I was finally treated like a customer who was ready for a purchase. Appreciation is extended for the feeling of being respected, and not pressured or misled in any way. The entire transaction was handled with care, patience, and confidence. I’ll definitely be back and will tell my friends and colleagues about my experience Seperately, it’s sad to learn that I don’t know where i’ll shop in the future after also learning that the 2025 legacy is the last of the legacies. It’s a sad era for Subaru sedan girls who love the reliability, comfortability, fuel efficiency, and safe winters the legacy offers. Hopefully Corp Subaru looks a little closer at the sedan numbers and reconsiders rather than having good customers make tough decisions and having to walk away and settle for another brand.
