“Went in on a busy day, was greeted and helped promptly. Worked with Ken, was professional and courteous, pleasure working with him. The entire team worked with me and weren't pushy. Walked out with a lease that day with agreeable terms. I also had been servicing my other Subaru there prior to this lease. Service dept experience has been the same professional and courteous, service has been solid.”

“If you take your car here make sure they check all your concerns. On 8/19/2025 I went in for an oil change and had a concern about my battery leaking acid. Also the car died on me a couple of times. I asked them to check the battery and of course they tell me all these other suggestions but told me the leaking of acid was normal. So I felt confident that the battery was good. Come today11/25/205 I’m get tires and the shop checked to battery and they told me it’s no good and that it should not be leaking any acid at all. (See photo). I get the battery 2 years ago and only had it for less than 30,000 miles. So I called today and they don’t even know if they checked the battery. Very poor service.called today and told me since they weren’t the Subaru store that placed the battery that I would have to buy a new one. My suggestion is make sure all your concerns are written on your bill. Definitely won’t be returning there anymore. This is my 3 and last Subaru that they will be servicing. Warranty on battery is 30 months. Will be servicing at the original Subaru and keeping fingers crossed that Brewster Subaru did not screw me out of a warranty. UPDATE: Went to another Subaru dealership and the battery was fully cover with no out of pocket expense.”

“We leased a 2025 Forester from Brewster Subaru. My wife and I got there later in the day. Carmelina helped us and patiently brought up 3 different vehicles to look at. She was helpful but not pushy and stayed late getting everything set for the next day. The following day she had everything ready. She also took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features of the Forester. Charles helped us with the lease paperwork, he was very competent, personable, and we were done in no time. We had our puppy with us and she got loved by all the staff.
