“I love love love my car. I got an Acura integra back in 2024. The reason why I’m not giving Gary Force Acura 5 star is because when I call to schedule maintenance services, whoever it is that works at the appointment line desk, is a huge a hole. Very rude and should not work in customer service at all.
Other than that I love my car and I’ll definitely purchase another Acura in the future.”

“I rarely leave bad reviews but this was warranted. My partner and I have a 2023 MDX (leased) and it has had nothing but problems since day one. One of the pictures all the warning lights turned on as we drove away after it being in the shop for a week not even a mile from the dealership. The car leaked out of the speaker four times, look at the video. Added the carfax, just so you can all see how much needed fixing in such a short time. Always had dealt with Tim Durbin in Service and he always was respectful. Randomly, my last service in November for another issue on the vehicle I was handed off to Tony Winfree and my goodness this individual was the most disrespectful human being I have ever encountered. The car had leaked so many times that when we took it in this time I said the car is smelling “dank,” and he said, “I am a previous smoker, it smells fine.” Um, okay. Clearly was off to a bad start and should’ve known it would end up worse when I went to pick it up. When I went to pick up my car he belittled me for ten minutes on how I was the issue, which took place in front of the service receptionist and a customer. I was mortified and humiliated. Tony rolled his eyes, kept inching closer like he wanted to physically have an altercation, and then kept swinging open the door to his office area with such force I thought the door was going to fall off. I never once raised my voice, said anything rude to him, but for some reason I was a “thorn” in his side. I caught him in several lies as he was talking to me, and he also “educated me” on how service departments work. Mind you, I stood quiet during this whole interaction, as he was visibly trying to intimidate me, which I would classify as bullying. I finally said I want my car and to leave and he was refusing to give me my car, after I had already paid for the oil change. As I walked out of the dealership he followed me to my car outside and kept saying stuff to me even though I disengaged from the conversation. I am a trained psychotherapist and in my professional opinion this man was scary, confrontational, and down right disrespectful. Mind you, this was all over a loaner car that he wanted back, which he told me if I kept I would inconvenience him and all of his customers and he does not give “special treatment” to anyone. With that, he finally said keep the car but being the empathetic human I am, I would not want to inconvenience another customer like I had been, so I took the car back. Apparently that triggered him. Now, the service manager, Liz, called my partner, as that was the number on file and started off strong but ended with, well, Tony does these things, which we don’t excuse but…..”that’s Tony.” Wild. Mind you, she left this on our VM, so she recorded that and thought it was going to help the situation—it didn’t. You may ask, what now? I will never buy an Acura or Honda again, nor deal with a dealership that lacks basic customer service skills and hires individuals like Tony, so I drove all the way to another dealership in Alabama and paid 6K to get out of the lease. Yes, it was the best 6k I have ever spent if I never have to set foot into Gary Force Acura. Honestly, as I type this review I am still shook and question, was Tony homophobic, because he asked me who ____(partners name) and I said my husband (I am a male) and he looked at me with a blank stare upon intake of the car. I never have my head go to these types of things but this was so convoluted that I don’t even have an explanation but that for his combativeness. I really hope the team at Gary Force learn about being trauma informed, take a DEIA training, and learn that bullying a customer who has been nothing but kind and patient isn’t right. I hope one person can benefit from this review but mostly management, as you need to take a hard look at the individuals you hire and have hired—it’s 2024, we don’t bully. Shame on you all.”

“Our experience with Chris M. at Gary Force couldn't have been smoother! He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and put me totally at ease as we made the decision to purchase our first Acura. He gave me a wonderful lesson in all of the tech aspects of the car before I drove away - I felt completely confident and that made it so much more fun! We'd work with him again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to send our friends and family his way. Great guy! Great dealership! We're very happy with our purchase of a 2025 Acura MDX.”

“We just bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from them yesterday and the whole entire experience was “not a typical dealership experience”.. Luis (our salesman) was kind, patient and did not hover.. from him, the test drive, the finance guy Trey, it was a really great experience!! They don’t try to screw you over whatsoever! We found them by random from an online search for an Acadia.. we will definitely purchase from them again!! Thank you Luis, Trey and the entire crew there!! Top Notch experience!!”
