“I recently had over $4,500 of maintenance done on my 2015 Acura MDX at Gary Force Acura in Brentwood, TN. While Tim, the service manager, was professional, I’m extremely disappointed with the workmanship and follow-up. After the ball joint repair, I found dark grease sprayed all inside my wheel and a black rubber strap with hooks left hanging from my strut — clear signs of sloppy work. When I brought it to the service department’s attention, the issue was downplayed as if it were nothing. I expected accountability and honesty from a certified Acura service center, not dismissive attitudes and questionable integrity. I hope management takes this seriously and reaches out to resolve it.”

“I tried to purchase a vehicle here. I myself credit was not the best so I had to have a co signer which I did! They still didn’t want to help called me saying they couldn’t do anything yet my co signer has a 750. Pretty much they didn’t want to make a sale!! They saying is go back to the ones that take care of you. That I did and I found this beauty!! Proud new owner that you Victory Nissan for all your help.”
