âI will never come here to purchase a vehicle. Called to inquire about a vehicle listed online on a Friday and requested information about the vehicle. Never received it or a call back. I called back on Monday and spoke with Allana she stated the car was being reconditioned and wasn't ready to view/test drive and again they would email info. That way I can review info and be ready to see/test drive after reconditioning. I called back and spoke with the manager/Robert on Tuesday still no info received about the car or when it would be ready to view and test drive. I received a text msg on Wed morning from Allana to tell me the car was sold. Still never received any info. So it wasn't ready but still sold prior to me receiving any info. Bad business and communication even after calling and speaking with the sales manager! They lost a customer. I will take my money elsewhere!â

âI had a disappointing experience with this dealership. The process was delayed far longer than expected , and I was rarely kept updated . Communication was poor , and I ofter felt left in the dark about what was happening with my purchase . Buying a car should fell exciting , but this experience was stressful and frustrating . I hope the dealership improves their service and communication for future customers . And lastly my car was delivered with a damages and they don't want to take a responsibility . I hope you will address these issues with your staff .â

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi of Brentwood (a Sonic Automotive store), and I couldnât be happier with the experience. My salesman, Jeff, was excellentâknowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. The atmosphere in the dealership is clean, relaxed, and very customer-focused, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the time alone Jeff gave me to look over the cat with no interruptions (last time I purchased a vehicle was about 10 years ago) as it made my decision to purchase peaceful.
I also had the opportunity to speak directly with the General Manager regarding a small issue, and I was highly impressed by the level of personal attention. He personally reached out and went above and beyond to ensure that my satisfaction was a top priority. That kind of dedication really set this experience apart from other dealerships.
The dealership offers a great variety of quality cars to choose from, and the entire team made the buying process enjoyable. Iâm extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.
