I recently visited Andrews for assistance with my key fob, and from the moment I entered the service bay to when I was directed by Brittany to the Parts Department, I received excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. It is always a great experience knowing your team truly cares about their customers- than you Adam and Torre for going above and beyond!

Mike Lombardy and Dan took excellent care of me! I bought a new 2025 Optiq and had a trade! They also made sure I was comfortable with transitioning over to EV after trading in my CT4. Took extra time after the sale to make sure my EV car was setup accurately rather than having me struggle to set up the computer and car settings! Even OnStar thanked Dan for staying with the customer to work thorough issues! Stellar men and will never work with anyone else!

I bought a car from Kerry. I was actually just going to look, but he was so calm and kind. It was a very easy, smooth process. I was very impressed and am very happy overall. I would highly recommend shopping for a car with them. Kerry is outstanding- highlighted what a mom is looking for while not talking down to a female driver. Great experience! Shop with Kerry!

I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for several warranty items, including a major engine recall and software updates. My vehicle stayed a little over a week, and James (service advisor) was phenomenal from start to finish. I live in Memphis and the location there is going trough a bit of a.... transition so I travel to Brentwood for a better experience. James greeted me with a warm, professional attitude, took time to understand my concerns, and then did something I rarely experience in auto service: he communicated every day. No chasing updates, no guessing—just clear status, next steps, and timelines. I’m new to the Cadillac brand (almost two years in), and this was the best service experience I’ve had—at this location or anywhere. When you’re willing to pay six figures for a vehicle, expectations after the sale are high, and James exceeded them with his attention to detail and above-and-beyond care. Cadillac Brentwood is lucky to have him.

Andrews is a fantastic dealership to purchase from. I sent in a request via email/text and had a response from Justin within a few hours. I sent over some numbers that I wanted and he was able to finalize the deal and have the car ready by the end of the day. All the paperwork was prepared before we arrived so all we had to do was walk in, sign, and drive away.
