ā€œNo i did not buy a new car for York. I actually spent the sane amount on a brand new truck elsewhere. But here's the thing. I wasn't mad about it. They still had a chance to get all my service for my new truck. That was until they told me that the screws that fell out of my fender well should ha e been caught at the pid inspection from the dealer I bought it from. That's funny because they were there when I left the lot. 1000 miles later they are not. Clearly a warranty job for 3 screws. They wanted me to pay $10 a screw plus labor. Lol really on a brand new truck? Chevy warranty isn't through the dealer. I can drive to California and have a chevy there fix a warranty item. They must have been mad i didnt buy from them. Now they lost any future sales and all my service. John Jones Salem In. Get better prices and way better customer support. This place is a joke.ā€

ā€œDo NOT buy from this company if you are doing a trade in. They tried to offer me $16,000 for my vehicle, when it is in great condition and market value for my vehicle in this exact condition is worth $18,000.00-$20,000.00. I mentioned that to them and they agreed with me but stated they needed to make a better profit. Then proceeded to tell me I’d need $10,000.00 for a down payment. Price gauging their customers and money hungry.ā€

ā€œService was good however they did not put the glovebox back correctly after replacing the in-cabin air filter. My husband was able to put it back on so thankful it was something minor. Also, we prefer to schedule our service through your website however it has not been working for quite some time. It is not as convenient to have to call to schedule.ā€

ā€œAvoid this place at all costs. Took my car in to get serviced, a free veterans oil change per their promo, and appraised for potential trade. Surprised I still have my car after they left it out front with the keys on the center console for 3 days. Never moved it. Called me 9 times over 3 days to get me to come into look at a new car for trade. Without EVER even looking at mine. Each time I asked if they had serviced my car and come up with a value. Every time they said yes it will be done today. I finally went and took my car back at 7am when I noticednit unmoved 3 days later. They called and pleaded for another chance. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Took it back a few days later. 2 days after I dropped it off the second time. Quoted me 4000 for a repair and stated that my transmission wasnt a serviceable transmission. Definitely is, ford in Terre haute did it when I got the car. Then 3000 for a part that takes 3 hours to put in and costs $179. Ive heard this place is the worst dealership/repair shop within 50 miles. Save yourself a major headache. Take your car out of town. The rumors are true. This place just wants your money.ā€

We had such an amazing experience, with the most friendly people who were more than willing to answer all our questions, be patient with us, navigate for us the best deals and rates, and more. The most painless experience I've ever had buying a car. Danny especially was very helpful, kind, and friendly. I very much appreciate how he and Jeff were honest with the process, even admitting to things that weren't necessary and would only charge more money. They helped with every single step of the way, and are still involved with us even after the purchase to ensure we have the best experience. If you need a car, I can't recommend this place high enough. If I or someone in my family needs another car for any reason, I'll be going straight to Danny and this dealership.ā€
