“I was having some radiator/cooling concerns during my commute with my 2020 Outback. I live in Keene but work in Brattleboro so I didn't feel that I was able to get my car to my car dealer safely. I called Brattleboro Subaru for some advice when I got to work, and not only did they get me in on the same day, but also gave me very clear feedback with strong reasoning. Then, they also sent a video to me that shows one of their technicians doing a walkthrough of my car and explaining what they were seeing. What a cool feature! Thankfully, nothing was wrong. But knowing their service department is so accommodating is a massive relief for me. I'm a first time Subaru owner and so far, everything has been wonderful. “I was on a trip across country from NM to Brattleboro VT in my Cross Trek and needed an oil change. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and the service desk coordinated the successful service when I arrived - promptly as scheduled. I found everyone very courteous, professional, and overall a class act. The hot chocolate machine was the best in the waiting area. I was so impressed - I brought my VT friend in and she bought a new Cross Trek and another friend of hers bought a Cross Trek. It is one thing to have a good car but it is another thing to find a place that is fair in cost and takes their jobs seriously. Well done Brattleboro Subaru! The service and the quality of the car is the best value around in Brattleboro in my opinion. Well done!”

As someone who lives further away, they make it convenient for me by offering a loaner car to use free of charge while my car is getting work done. I feel like I can trust them when they recommend work that need to be done, and never feel like they are ripping me off or suggesting unnecessary procedures.
